Smart Cancun The Urban Oasis

Property was beautifully decorated, I liked the stay.

My guest room was equipped with a safe, Wi-Fi and a writing table.

Overall it was great-sized with balcony.

Location in the heart of the city was a plus. The restaurant here was really nice with their tasty food and the view of the pool where they have shows at night and live music, we both ordered savoury dishes.

Booked a room with lovely views, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice people with a friendly member of staff. Having a shower, hair dryers and toiletries was a bonus. The breakfast was savoury and big, the check in was easy. Location: the hotel was just off all the markets and Holbox.

Peaceful and easy location, easy to get around Cancun by a bus stop located nearby the hotel. Plus, only a short distance to Ceviche Square Sculpture.

Easy to get to local attractions and the beach. The facilities were well-maintained, but the air conditioning in the lobby was quite overpowering at times.

The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast options were good, with a variety of fresh fruits and local favorites. My prior stay at a different hotel in cancun didn't measure up to the oasis experience.

no fridge in the room

We recently stayed for three nights in a Smart plus Room, and it was really impressive! The pool area was a great spot to lounge around, and we enjoyed the nice breeze from the terrace. The only hiccup was a minor issue with our room key, but everything else was smooth sailing. 🌞

The staff was great, especially in dealing with my requests. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruits and local dishes, which exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow.

I had an very nice stay! Especially the breakfast team who had the BEST orange juice. One drawback was the noise from the street at night. A great experience 😊

The room was spacious and included a tv, a coffee maker, and a safety deposit box. The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries. The outdoor swimming pool was relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had fresh fruits and plenty of options that catered to everyone.

Great for couples looking for a cozy spot

The food at the coffee shop was very nice! We found it quite easy to explore the area, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rosalia. Their willingness to help with everything was exactly what we needed.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.
